Seattle Basement Project

With 12’ ceilings, this basement project was a great challenge for us. The required sprinkler system meant we had to go slow, one board at time.

We installed insulation into the wall cavities with sound proofing insulation

We finished the space by installing 5/8’’ sheetrock onto the ceiling and finishing the space with a light texture and a fresh coat of paint. We painted a flat white onto the ceilings and a color picked out by our clients for the walls, the two tone cut in was awesome and it was great to see the finished product.
