As the President of Blake Interior Finishing, Josh has been managing the day to day operations for all construction projects.

Josh is an expert in all aspects of speciality drywall work, including but not limited to smooth wall finishing, he has the craftsmanship and experience to provide advanced interior construction improvements for any size project.

Josh has been a hands on contractor providing interior remodeling and construction work including but not limited to installing drywall, drywall taping, smooth wall, insulation of flooring, doors, windows, trim, crown molding, interior wall framing, flooring installation: LVP & Carpet, interior painting, and much more.

Josh previously worked as an Operations Associate in Los Angeles for Greenland USA, a subsidiary of Greenland Holding Group, an International Fortune 500 real estate developer based in Shanghai, China.

Josh was appointed to the HOA Board of Directors while also working in the corporate office overseeing the Billion Dollar Luxury real estate project Metropolis Los Angeles, in California’s Down Town Los Angeles Financial District.

The Operations Division was in charge of overseeing contractors for the day to day operations regarding the newly built Indigo Hotel, Residential Tower 1, and the completion and opening of Residential Tower 2.

As sales associate, Josh oversaw the Luxury High Rise apartment homes in DTLA at APEX. The. One. During that time he oversaw and coordinated with Maintenance to fix and repair homes for move ins as well as the day to day operating issues within the community.
